Job Purpose
We are recruiting a Trainee
Business Development/Sales & Marketing to assist our Operations Director and Business Development Executive with identifying new business opportunities, attracting new customers, retaining existing business, and improving profitability to help the business grow.
We are flexible with the work location for this role and will consider remote, hybrid or office working options.
Person Specification
The ideal applicant will have:
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook & Excel
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written
- A high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times
- The ability to remain calm under pressure, self-motivate and prioritise tasks
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to seek, create, negotiate, and close a deal
- Solution-oriented with effective problem-solving skills
