Job Purpose

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent, full-time Office Junior to join our Admin team in Rothes.

This role is ideally suited to a school or college leaver and will provide support to the Administration team to ensure the office runs efficiently.

Responsibilities

Answer the telephone and pass any queries to the relevant person
Meet and greet clients and visitors and conduct Health & Safety inductions
Manage and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail
Support with the processing of timesheets, sales invoices and purchase ledger
Weekly banking
Monitor the meeting room booking system and manage booking requests
Photocopying, filing and archiving company documents
Organise travel and accommodation for staff.

Person Specification

Full UK driving licence is desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook & Excel
Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written
The ability to remain calm under pressure, self-motivate and prioritise tasks
A flexible and adaptable approach to change as other duties may be required of you in your daily role

Qualifications

NAT 5 in English, Maths and Administration, or equivalent
